Antigua and Barbuda joins World Customs Organization

Antigua and Barbuda became the 182nd Member of the World Customs Organization (WCO) as it deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention Establishing a Customs Co-operation Council on April 10, 2017.

An English-speaking Island State in the Eastern Caribbean, Antigua and Barbuda will be part of the WCO’s Americas/Caribbean region.

Antigua and Barbuda was already using the WCO’s Harmonised System as the basis of its customs tariff.
