CBSA confirms dumping decision on industrial steel components from 3 countries

The Canada Border Services Agency announced on April 25, 2017 that it made final determinations of dumping in respect of certain fabricated industrial steel components originating in or exported from China, South Korea and Spain, and a subsidizing determination concerning the same goods from China.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping and the subsidizing are causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by May 25, 2017.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal’s order or finding.
