Your main duties will be to:

  • Process operational invoices and follow up statements of account
  • Produce reports
  • Scan and archive documentation
  • Perform data entry

The profile we are looking for:

  • Is comfortable speaking English and French to be able to communicate with our clients and colleagues in our various offices across Canada and the United States
  • Work experience or diploma in accounting
  • Pays particular attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Office suite programs
  • Is positive, proactive and responsible
