Champlain Or Derby Line Office

Your main duties will be to:

  • Supervise and manage a team of 21 employees.
  • Plan, organize, distribute tasks and responsibilities within the team.
  • Enforce good practices and ensure adequate training of staff.
  • Coordinate activities related to the detection of nonconformities, propose corrective measures, and follow up and others)
  • Directly support the Customs Specialists and Clerks
  • Ensure the invoicing of the files within the prescribed deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with quality parameters in accordance with internal audits.

  • Submit performance evaluations in collaboration with the VP of operations

The profile we are looking for:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage
  • Experience in personnel management
  • High knowledge of the Customs clearance process
  • Knowledge of the laws and regulations of US and Canadian Customs and the computer system.
