Your main duties will be to:

  • Track & trace all shipments
  • Complete customs transactions according to his access and responsibilities
  • Process shipments from the DMS system as needed
  • Identify missing information and/or documents and communicate with the appropriate parties (CRS, CIS)
  • Ensure proper document management in the various files
  • Work as a team with the various departments
  • Take care of paper entries
  • All other related tasks

The profile we are looking for:

  • You already have an experience in customer service
  • You are fluent in English and French, as our clients are bilingual
  • You have a CCS designation and are familiar with Canadian customs laws and regulations.
  • You are comfortable working in a team and are rigorous and autonomous.
