Are you interested? We are looking for our next Team Leader to join our Customs department.
– Supervise a team of 5 to 15 employees
– Plan, organise and distribute tasks and responsibilities within the team
– Enforce best practice and ensure staff are properly trained
– Coordinate activities relating to the detection of non-conformities, propose corrective measures and ensure follow-up (Alerts, DMS system, K84 discrepancies, etc.)
– Participate in complaint and customer management and investigations in collaboration with the team
– Ensuring compliance with quality parameters in line with internal audits
– Manage absences and appraisals in collaboration with the Operations Manager
– Working closely with the various CHB teams
