Are you interested? We are looking for our next Intern to join our Transportation department in Montreal.

Internship
Montreal Office

Your main duties will be to:

  • Track shipments with carriers.
  • Follow-up and update shipments with customers by phone  and email.
  • Collect and enter relevant information on various web platforms.
  • Open, update and close files in Cargowise.
  • Issue documents, pre-notifications and instructions to carriers on repeat accounts.
  • Invoice recurring account files.

The profile we are looking for:

  • You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based all over the world.
  • You have a degree in logistics, transportation or a related field
  • You are responsible, proactive, autonomous, productive and organized
  • You enjoy teamwork and problem solving
