Full time, Must be available after hours or on call

Your main duties will be to:

  • Provide level 1-2 support for all Axxess International systems.
  • Follow all department processes and protocols and maintain perennity of systems documentation.
  • Ensure proper systems, database and network maintenance and backups are done on time.
  • Deploy and update information systems required to improve efficiency and productivity of all users.
  • Accomplishes all tasks and/or specific mandates assigned to him by his colleagues and supervisor.

The profile we are looking for:

– You are fluent in French and English
– You have experience in IT support
– You have a good understanding of the following IT concepts: MS Office 365, Remote PC support (LAN/WAN), Cloud and SAAS models.
– You are motivated, autonomous, productive
– You like customer service
