Are you interested? We are looking for our next Payable Account Supervisor to join our Accounting department.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Supervise a team of 5 people (absences, evaluation, training and follow-up)
  • Ensure the improvement and optimization of computer systems in Accounting and Accounts Payable
  • Ensure the integrity of the accounting books for the 2 companies (USA and Canada)
  • Month-end analysis (USA and Canada)
  • Processing of certain accounts payable (expense accounts, corporate credit cards)
  • Prepare monthly GST and duties payable reports to the Receiver General of Canada
  • Making monthly GST-QST reports to the government

The profile we are looking for:

  • You speak French and English
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in similar position
  • You are comfortable with Excel, the Office suite, Microsoft Business Central (an asset)
  • You like teamwork, manage a large volume of files and you have leadership skills.
  • You are familiar with international transportation and customs brokerage
