Revised export certificate for dairy products to China

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued the following email notice:

After negotiations with China, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has updated the Food Export Requirements Library to include the new requirements for the export of dairy products, including infant formula products. The required document for export certification is the “Health Certificate for the export of dairy products and dairy based products for human consumption from Canada to the People’s Republic of China“.

Shipments that are accompanied by a certificate that used the previous format will be accepted by China so long as the certificate was issued prior to September 15, 2020.
