Tribunal finds dumping of concrete reinforcing bar from 6 countries injures Canadian industry

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced on May 3 its finding that the dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar from Belarus, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Japan, Portugal and Spain has caused injury to the domestic industry.

Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of these goods.

The affected goods are described in the Tribunal’s determination. Specific goods were excluded from the determination.
