Tribunal finds dumping of industrial steel components from 3 countries injures Canadian industry

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced on May 25 its finding that the dumping and/or subsidizing of certain fabricated industrial steel components originating in or exported from China, South Korea and Spain has caused injury to the domestic industry.

Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of these goods.

The affected goods are described in the Tribunal’s determination. Specific goods were excluded from the determination.
