On a year-on-year basis, reliability increased by\u00a09.5 percent.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the average delay for\u00a0late vessel arrivals\u00a0fell month-on-month by\u00a00.16 days\u00a0to\u00a04.88 days, marking the\u00a0second-lowest\u00a0November figure on record.
