The official notice was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on June 6, 2026.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision <strong>no later than June 26, 2026<\/strong>. During this period, provisional duties continue to be imposed on the subject goods from China.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">If the CITT finds that the dumping or subsidizing have caused injury or are threatening to cause injury, antidumping and\/or countervailing duties will be applied to future importations of the subject goods. The importer in Canada would then be required to pay these duties.
