Consequently, on June 16th, 2026, the grace period implemented for the issuance of Administrative Monetary Penalties for contraventions associated with the electronic transmission of data using the affected systems during this period, is expired. Contraventions identified between April 19, 2026 and June 16, 2026 inclusive that were the result of these service interruptions will not be penalized.<\/p><p>If you believe you have received a penalty in error, please contact the issuing office indicated on the Notice of Penalty Assessment within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, you can submit an appeal through Recourse.
