{"id":4748,"date":"2022-05-24T15:57:46","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T15:57:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/?p=4748"},"modified":"2022-05-24T15:57:46","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T15:57:46","slug":"more-time-needed-in-investigation-of-dumping-and-subsidizing-of-mattresses-from-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/en\/more-time-needed-in-investigation-of-dumping-and-subsidizing-of-mattresses-from-china\/","title":{"rendered":"More time needed in investigation of dumping and subsidizing of mattresses from China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the existence of circumstances that make it unusually difficult to make a preliminary determination regarding the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of mattresses from China within the normal ninety days, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it extended the 90-day period for making preliminary decisions to 135 days.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Canadian International Trade Tribunal determined in April that there is preliminary evidence that dumping and subsidizing have caused injury or are threatening to cause injury to Canadian industry.
