{"id":4752,"date":"2022-05-24T16:01:12","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T16:01:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/?p=4752"},"modified":"2022-05-24T16:01:12","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T16:01:12","slug":"canada-issues-revised-dairy-tariff-rate-quota-policies-under-cusma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/en\/canada-issues-revised-dairy-tariff-rate-quota-policies-under-cusma\/","title":{"rendered":"Canada issues revised dairy tariff rate quota policies under CUSMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Global Affairs Canada published the country&#8217;s new dairy tariff rate quota (TRQ) policies under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The new policies address the sole finding of a CUSMA dispute panel that Canada&#8217;s practice of reserving TRQ pools exclusively for the use of dairy processors is inconsistent with the Agreement.
