{"id":5135,"date":"2022-07-12T13:40:04","date_gmt":"2022-07-12T13:40:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/?p=5135"},"modified":"2022-07-12T13:40:04","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T13:40:04","slug":"25th-anniversary-of-canada-chile-free-trade-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/en\/25th-anniversary-of-canada-chile-free-trade-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"25th anniversary of Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) and its parallel agreements on Environment and Labour cooperation came into force 25 years ago in July 1997.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It was Canada&#8217;s first free trade agreement with a country in Central or South America.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement Canada&#8217;s Minister of International Trade, Mary Ng, said: &#8220;This anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on all that our two countries have accomplished through the CCFTA.
