On August 4, DP World issued a customer advisory related to berthing delays on the West Coast due to inland network congestion, particularly in Toronto and Montreal.<\/p>\n

As these inland terminals became congested, the supply of rail cars to the marine terminals was restricted\/stopped, which had a major impact on both DP World Prince Rupert and Vancouver.<\/p>\n
