{"id":5337,"date":"2022-08-09T17:14:23","date_gmt":"2022-08-09T17:14:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/?p=5337"},"modified":"2022-08-09T17:14:23","modified_gmt":"2022-08-09T17:14:23","slug":"wto-publishes-2022-edition-of-world-tariff-profiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/en\/wto-publishes-2022-edition-of-world-tariff-profiles\/","title":{"rendered":"WTO publishes 2022 edition of World Tariff Profiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The World Trade Organization (WTO) published the 2022 edition of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/english\/res_e\/publications_e\/world_tariff_profiles22_e.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Tariff Profiles<\/a>, which provides comprehensive information on the tariffs and non-tariff measures imposed by over 170 countries and customs territories.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It is a joint publication of the WTO, the International Trade Centre and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).<\/p>\n<p>Summary tables at the start of the publication provide cross-country comparisons of the average &#8220;bound&#8221; or maximum tariff each economy may apply to imports from other WTO members and the average tariffs it applies in practice.<\/p>\n<p>One-page profiles in Part 2 of the report provide more detailed data for each economy, with tariffs broken down by product groups.
