{"id":5716,"date":"2022-10-04T13:53:10","date_gmt":"2022-10-04T13:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/?p=5716"},"modified":"2022-10-04T13:53:10","modified_gmt":"2022-10-04T13:53:10","slug":"canadas-covid-19-border-and-travel-measures-to-end-on-october-1st","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/axxessintl.com\/en\/canadas-covid-19-border-and-travel-measures-to-end-on-october-1st\/","title":{"rendered":"Canada&#8217;s COVID-19 border and travel measures to end on October 1st"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Government of Canada announced the removal of all COVID-19 entry restrictions, as well as testing, quarantine, and isolation requirements for anyone entering Canada, effective October 1, 2022.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Effective October 1, 2022, all travellers, regardless of citizenship, will no longer have to:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 submit public health information through the ArriveCAN app or website;<br \/>\n\u2022 provide proof of vaccination;<br \/>\n\u2022 undergo pre- or on-arrival testing;<br \/>\n\u2022 carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation;<br \/>\n\u2022 monitor and report if they develop signs or symptoms of COVID-19 upon arriving to Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Transport Canada is also removing existing travel requirements.
