Canadian Pacific will on April 14 exercise the authority granted by the U.S. Surface Transportation Board’s March 15 final decision and combine with Kansas City Southern to create Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC), the first and only single-line railway connecting the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
