The Government of Canada launched a public consultation on regulatory opportunities to improve the efficiency and resiliency of Canada’s supply chains.<\/p>\n

The consultation is open until January 15, 2024, and seeks feedback on supply chain issues related to critical minerals, transportation, and border operations.<\/p>\n

The supply chain is a broad concept that touches on all aspects of the global economy, spanning interconnected networks that support the movement of raw materials, components, and goods before their assembly and sale.<\/p>\n

Given the breadth of supply chains and associated regulations, Ottawa identified three themes for consultation:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Border operations
\n\u2022 Critical minerals
\n\u2022 Transportation<\/p>\n

The deadline to submit is January 15, 2024.<\/p>\n
