The ACH (Automated Clearinghouse) is an electronic payment system that allows businesses to pay duties, taxes, and customs fees in the United States.

Once you obtain your PUN number, please send it to Axxess at USB@axxessintl.com and register for PMS (Periodic Monthly Statement).

The Periodic Monthly Statement (PMS) allows importers to consolidate their duty, tax, and customs fee payments on a monthly basis.

ACE Account
What is the CBP ACE portal?
The ACE Secure Data Portal is CBP’s interactive online tool that provides a single, user-friendly gateway to CBP and PGA information via the web. The CBP ACE portal offers features such as the ability to receive and respond to select forms, upload specified documents and run predefined reports.
Click here for more details from the CBP on opening an ACE account. On this page, complete the ACE Secure Data Portal account application form under the section « Step 3: Apply » by selecting « All other trade activities ».

Here are the form Sections details to Complete in the account registration form:
A1. Importer/Broker/Filer/Surety
- In this section, please select:
- Importer
- P (Primary)
- IR # (CBP assigned # or IRS#)
Fill out Part 1 (Individual) if the account holder is a private individual (not a corporation, partnership, etc.).
or
Fill out Part 2 (Legal Entity) if the account holder is a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
Provide your personal information as the account contact.
Ensure that a company officer signs the form.
- Once the form is completed and signed, select Submit via Email.
- You will receive a notification confirming your ACE account activation.
Provide a Security Deposit to Axxess
To provide a security deposit allowing Axxess to pay duties and taxes on your behalf to the U.S. government (CBP), please click here to download the Security Deposit Agreement with Axxess and return it to Deposit@axxessintl.com
