Choosing Axxess was the most important professional decision of my career. Axxess’ focus on the employees is refreshing and the best part of my job is being able to work with people at all levels in the company to drive change for us to adapt to the new reality of logistics. With a solid team, we are striving and up for new challenges!

Almost 10 years ago, I joined the Axxess family, I grew and learned so much since then. The management saw something in me that I had not yet identified! From the timid and reserved individual I was, they knew how to release my potential by giving me some opportunities. Beyond my career path and the management position I now have, what brings me joy at Axxess is being around all the incredible people, my team! The Axxess team sets the bar very high!

I joined Axxess as an intern and am now a full-time employee. Axxess delivers tremendous opportunities for shrewd, savvy, entrepreneurial individuals looking to change the nature with today's highly mobile and increasingly social workplace. When you join Axxess, you join a team with a thirst for innovation and hunger for the fun that comes from turning an industry on its head.

My career at Axxess started in 2012 at the Quebec office. I started as a transport intern and then occupied a role in customs. At that moment, I understood the impact that our work has on the supply chain and the opportunities in the custom brokerage field. Two years later, I moved to Montreal and joined the customs team. I completed my customs specialist and CIFFA courses. These combined to my experience allowed me to join the sales team and be awarded the ‘Target Buster’ price in 2021. I appreciate Axxess for the dedication of the people as well as the family spirit that prevails here. Axxess helped me grow both professionally and personally and become the man I am today.

Since my arrival in 2005, opportunities at Axxess have accumulated for me. I started in the customs department and then created the small parcels service. In 2012, an important customer joined Axxess and I was offered to take charge of the team! Like the company, I have grown and developed my expertise from the very beginning. Today, I am in a managerial position and I have been fortunate to obtain recognition awards such as the ‘Ricky Award’ in 2017. All this was made possible thanks to circumstances, people, the company’s trust in me, but also my openness, my capacity to accept challenges and my desire to learn and contribute to Axxess’ development.
