Tribunal gets request for public interest inquiry from Egypt about anti-dumping duty on wire rod

On November 10, 2024, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal received a properly documented request for a public interest inquiry from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Egypt (Government of Egypt), regarding the Tribunal’s injury finding in NQ-2024-001 imposing anti-dumping duty on certain wire rod from Egypt (as well as from China and Vietnam).
