Global air cargo demand is still dropping according to IATA
According to data for the month of January released by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) global air cargo demand fell 14.9% in January compared to January 2022 (-16.2% for international operations).
Statistics Canada reports a merchandise trade surplus of $1.9 billion in January
Statistics Canada announced that the country’s merchandise exports rose 4.2% in January to reach $67.0 billion. The increase was widespread in January, with all product sections increasing except energy products.
