The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that contracts have been awarded for architecture and engineering services for the work to be completed at the St-Bernard-de-Lacolle port of entry.
St-Bernard-de-Lacolle is a full service port of entry located in the Montérégie Border District of Quebec and is a key crossing between Canada and the United States.
The modernization of this port of entry aims to improve the border crossing experience for travellers and to provide border services officers with upgraded infrastructure and technology.
The St-Bernard-de-Lacolle redevelopment is part of the agency’s Land Border Crossing Project, a plan to renew and upgrade a number of Canadian land ports of entry across the country.
