CBSA issues final dumping determination on certain oil country tubular goods from 5 countries

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final determination of dumping respecting certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Mexico and the Philippines, and originating in Türkiye and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Borusan), originating in South Korea and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel), and originating in the United States Of America and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Tenaris S.A.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by April 21, 2026.

Provisional duties will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from the subject countries and exporters/producers until the CITT renders its decision.
