Canada and Mexico are not on list of new U.S. “reciprocal” tariffs

U.S. President Donald Trump issued a list of countries that will be subject to “reciprocal” tariffs, which vary by country with rates of 10% to 50%.

Canada and Mexico, having already been imposed extra tariffs under several questionable reasons, were not part of the list.

Trump already had decreed new tariffs on steel and aluminum products as well as on automobiles, which will run concurrently with the new tariffs.
