The Government of Canada announced the launch of public consultations on the Canada-Africa Economic Cooperation Strategy (CA-ECS).
The CA-ECS will seek to enhance commercial and economic cooperation relations with African countries and aim to support Canada’s overall goal of increasing and diversifying trade, investment and innovation with African partners.
The Federal Government is seeking the views of the Canadian public and interested stakeholders to help define priorities for developing the strategy.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments before the consultation period closes on July 31, 2023.
