Your main duties will be to:

  • Advise customers on the various products and services in North American transportation (road transportation)
  • Negotiate North American transportation services
  • Coordinate transportation operations and complementary services through various partners
  • Follow up on shipments and communicate relevant updates to customers
  • Prepare and verify various documents (invoicing, etc.)
  • Provide customer service (phone and email as well as preparing communications to customers)
  • Maintain the database

The profile we are looking for:

  • You have about 2 years experience in a similar position
  • You have already worked for a freight forwarder, or in the customs and transport industry
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You are comfortable with Excel, CargoWise, Outlook and Teams, an asset
  • You are proactive, autonomous and like to work in a team
