Your main duties will be to:

  • Coordinate the customs clearance of shipments.
  • Review in detail all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy.
  • Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Tracking status of shipments and keeping clients/agents advised of status.
  • Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with various parties involved.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Follow up on client’s requests.
  • Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents.
  • Other related tasks relate to the department.

The profile we are looking for:

  • You have experience in customer service and data entry.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, so you can communicate with future colleagues and customers across Canada and around the world.
  • You have study in logistics and transportation
  • You are comfortable using Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • You are autonomous, resourceful and proactive.
