The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced the conclusion of an administrative review of the normal values and export prices of certain whole potatoes originating in or exported from the United States of America for use or consumption in the province of British Columbia.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced it has extended the preliminary phase of the investigation respecting the alleged injurious dumping of steel strapping originating in or exported from China, the Republic of Korea, Türkiye and Vietnam, and the alleged injurious subsidizing of steel strapping originating in or exported from China.
Canada’s merchandise trade deficit widens in June

Statistics Canada announced that Canada’s merchandise imports were up 1.4% in June, while exports increased 0.9%. As a result, Canada’s merchandise trade deficit with the world widened from $5.5 billion in May to $5.9 billion in June.
